So I got a e-mail that said my account was banned due too third party software ( which i never used). That afternoon I tried to log in and suprisingly I could. But before i did I send a support ticket to ask why my account was banned.

Today I got an answer, not on that question but just saying that they had made a mistake.

Due to an error in our system, an email concerning your suspension was sent before the suspension was issued. You should see the suspension detailed in your email issued to your account in the next 48 hours. I'm sorry for any confusion this caused, and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

edit: just want someone to tell me what the f*ck is happening This is not really the mistake I hoped for. But if someone can help me or had this experience before plz help.
