Riot's store problems are leaving me with over 10k points I cannot spend

I asked everyone for RP cards for christmas along with putting over $100 on one of my accounts at the beginning of the month. Since the Snowdown patch I've barely been able to make 1 or 2 purchases a day. It's painful and super frustrating. My cousin gifted me a skin yesterday and I spent over 4 hours just trying to purchase a gift for him. grrrrr
