Karthus top is doing very well for me. I feel he is stronger there than mid right now. I've forced lake switches and bad ganks like crazy. I'm in silver so lane switches typically don't go very well lol. Plus in champ select they don't counter pick him top so match ups are usually good. It even helps mid lane sometimes
