chat restriction bug?

i had a 8 game chat restriction at first, i did not say anything for those 8 games and it was taken away. i log on again and randomly have a 15 game one and i have not said anything within the 3 days... is this suppose to happen? i know i deserve it in the first place but randomly 15 more games for no reason? can someone explain...
