Wanted to play on KR League, can't because of AhyiPin.

Hello I'm a fellow League of Legends player. I've gone to Korea for a few weeks in a trip and came back 3 days ago. Since I was interested on playing on KR server while I was there, I just couldn't! You need to have an account with a cellphone conformation. I got my Social Security Number but couldn't continue to the confirmation via cell, since I don't have a Korean Phone. Is someone that could help me through that passage?
