[Question] Tryndamere Streamer who plays hybrid Trynd?

I was watching a streamer last night on my phone who I really enjoyed. He played Tryndmere in this hybrid build and did really well. He was something like 38/3~ with Trynd on his smurf(which was in the low Diamond range right now IIRC).
His smurf was named something like "Number 1 Trynd" or something like that.
Does anyone know who I am talking about?

Found the vod. http://www.twitch.tv/akaadian/b/531238177. I don't know how to do times, but his hybrid Trynd portion of the stream starts at 8:20:00(this was the one I watched last night)
