Passion - The Thing That's Missing From Pro LoL Players. [Minor Spoiler]

Post Body

I'll just say that it was good to finally see some passion from a player (Voyboy). I know that the average type of pro LoL player isn't exactly your typical pumped up alpha male, but I really would like to see players getting more pumped up after big wins.

It always seems that even after huge tournament wins, even world's, the players just meekly wave at the crowd, accept the trophy, and walk off stage. Personally, if my team just won worlds or even a very important match/close game, I would be running up to the front of the stage screaming.

Why do you think we don't see more...hubris...for lack of a better term?

I have to disagree. You make it sound like a board room.

After all, they are playing a video game. This isn't the Olympics (but I get what you're trying to say), and these guys deserve to get pumped. Do you really think that these guys see themselves as strict professionals and nothing more?
