So I noticed the Metacritic score for League of Legends [78], and it seems based on old news

I checked out some of the reviews that determined the given score. A lot of the reasons some of the reviews were low were because they judged the game based on content available at it's official release - that is to say, little compared to now. With a game that constantly updates itself like League of Legends, it seems inefficient to judge it based on reviews from its initial release. Now yes, it's silly to judge a game based solely on review scores, but it still strikes me as odd that metacritic doesn't seem to pay any heed to the fact that many of the reviews are judging a VERY different game than what the score is representing.

TL;DR Metacritic's stuck in the past, hasn't updated reviews along with an updated game.
