What’s your go-to strategy when you’re getting stomped early but still want to turn it around?

Newbie here, starting to switch from ML, ask this because, in couple of game, I was getting absolutely stomped in the early game as an ADC. I couldn’t win trades and kept getting ganked by the enemy jungle.
