Is Ambessa really going to be a problem jailed champ

Im just really curious, at this current time the new champ is dictated to be a highelo-pro champ and high elo i get that makes a lot of sense with her kit and play style. The problem play part though, like I watch it sparingly but even then I don't see her having a huge impact in pro. Top laners come in two flavors, safe and consistent lane phase or cash money ultimate. So where does she fit in?
