I think my friend's account was hacked

Is there a way I can help? I had been friends with the person for a while, and we were on a first name basis. Suddenly, the person stops chatting me, plays champions that the person didn't usually play, and erratic behavior unlike my friend. Finally, I chat the person, asking what their name was. They replied: "Nunya" which was probably a joke for nunyabusiness. Which is extremely fishy, and is highly probably that their account was hacked. Can I help?
