Someone else “Trying to reconnect…”

Since a couple of days I am having this annoying trying to reconnect message hovering my game. My gf has it only sometimes and it avoids is from playing games together but I can play aram if I wait a few seconds between disconnections to hit search match and accept match. Once in game, 0 problems.
I suspect it is due to the server problems they are acknowledging. Anyone else is having similar problems?
Ps: is swarm all that good? Felt clumsy to me the only try I made.
