One of the biggest throw I've ever seen in competitive just happened in the LFL

We're at 40 minutes of game time between Solary and Gentlemates, and SLY just handily won a game-winning teamfight in the middle lane, leaving only the enemy Senna alive and running.
Decay, Solary's midlaner, playing a very fed Tristana that's been carrying the game until then, decides to run after the Senna since he has TP up, while the other 3 Solary members barrel through mid to end. What happens next is the most tragic and improbable throw I've seen in years.
