Please apply the On-Hits not working on wards to everyone

With the recent patch, Riot made it so that on hits, like sona passive, tf W etc. don't get consumed on wards.
They forgot several of these instances though.
Some that I'm certain of:
Poppy Q (these reset AA so they don't need to be changed)
Thresh Q passive
Statikk Shiv
Please extend this QoL change to all champions, not just the mainstream ones.
