Riot Prepaid Card not working? Also Riot's Player Support is incredibly slow for me...

So today I bought a $25 Riot prepaid Card at Big W but about an hour later when I came home I tried to activate my card but it isn't working and it said that it was; Error 4002 Card is Deactive(dafaq?!), I was thinking of going back to Big W tomorrow to see if they could reactivate it again but right now I'm trying to contact riot on player support which however is verrrrry slow.. is it happening to anyone else?
