I have increasingly been finding that every time I try to queue Top Primary, Support Secondary, it just puts me in Support. When I looked on the UI it says "priority" every time I lock Support in.

Is the game not distinguishing between my selections? Is it weighting my secondary role over my primary role to get me in game faster?

To actually get Top Lane, I've been forced to put Top Primary, Mid Secondary. However, I don't want to play Mid or like playing mid.

This seems extremely stupid to me, even if the goal is to get more support positions filled. With Top Primary, Sup secondary, I sometimes fill support. With Top/Mid, I'm never "Helping". It just feels like I'm being penalized.

EDIT: Key point, isn't this entire system self defeating? If normal support secondaries don't want to queue support second then it makes support even less populated
