why did they force hullbreaker so hard

it's better than just a split push item now, it's arguably core on a handful of fighters even if you plan to group, just on sheer stat efficiency it's pretty difficult to argue against taking

150% regen (deceptively nice stat to have depending on the champ)

and it's the only bruiser item in the game that gives you % ms not attached to a mythic passive (and it gives more than that mythic passive at full build). that's not even getting into the passives you get when solo, 10-75 dual resists and bonus damage to turrets. I have to wonder why the movespeed was even stapled on? it was already a very capable item. I'd understand if it was just being buffed for visibility like triforce but this is a gigantic buff for only 200 more gold. it just seems very needless to me.
