So over the past couple days, I've become extremely interested in trying to go through the items in League, both old and new, and figuring out which ones are in a good spot, which ones need help, and which ones need a complete rework.

So far, I've made two threads on the official forums:

• One on Oracle's Elixir
• Another on Black Cleaver

I'd like to see what other items I can look into, so I'm here to find out:

Which items do you think are in a bad spot right now?

When you answer this question, it would be great if you could also point out whether the item(s) is:

• Too powerful
• Too weak
• Too niche (unusable by almost everyone)
• Noob trap (seems good for purpose X but actually good for purpose Y)
