I've been considering a 2016 SV for quite some time, largely due to it fitting my financial situation and climate/commute travelling needs. Another question I've wondered about are my options (if any) for a portable battery to use in case of an emergency. Not a generator, because of the unstable current - only the best for my future leaf! Ideally I'd want to get 10-15 miles for emergency charging, but what's currently out there I could buy today?
Shouldn't be too hard to build one if it comes to it. I'd definitely run it through an EV charging cord though to ensure proper current is being put through to the leaf.
Winter snow climates mainly, and no. I want to get away from gas entirely.

Yeah, I saw that, and I think it's bullshit they're going on-demand with it. That would've been exactly what me and many EV enthusiasts need. Perhaps it's just too expensive to sell?
