Short story is wife is experiencing not wanting to be married but wants to be married but also be free to explore her sexuality when she travels. We’ve talked a lot on this. We have a few non- LDS friends in open marriages. I think we are both polyamorous. We have a break where we were talking about divorce. We both dated and had sex. There’s a lot of shame / guilt / casting out / judgement from those that are not compassionate or understanding of these strong feelings.

Just some thoughts: A- JS has several marriages whether emotional or just a “sealing”. B - church practiced poly marriages, you think there was no “courting” that second woman? Kissing etc? C- birth control is like 99.99% or those that are non-children baring. D- consenting adults , does the church control that too?
