When I was a teenager, a friend of mine lent me the famous book “The Secret,” which explains the law of attraction and how to achieve things through work and visualization. At that time, I wasn’t a member of the church.

Years ago, when I was baptized, I found some parallels in scriptures like Ether 12:4, “ask, knock, seek and found,” and many verses in the book of Proverbs. I tested the principles of manifestation and visualization during my mission, and they helped me achieve my goals in mission and professional life.

I don’t know if the church has officially spoken about this or if any leader has given a discourse on it.

PS: when I practice I put my faith on the Savior Jesus Christ and the Heavenly Father.
