How bad is it to apply right on a school's deadline?

Post Body
I made the last-minute decision to apply to some reach schools on Feb 15. I was originally going to apply to just a few schools, but decided to expand my applications after getting favorable news from a few schools soon after applying. Do I have a shot with good stats? I'd be happy with a WL, but wouldn't be surprised if I get rejected from all of them lol.
