I am a junior Political Science major planning to move from South Carolina to NYC after I finish undergrad, but I am really betting on getting into CUNY Law to pursue my law degree (as it's a really affordable option and probably my only one). Is there anyone with experience with this school that could maybe give me advice? I have a 2.7 GPA currently, but by the time I graduate it should be up to 2.9/3.0 at least. I am planning to take LSAT prep and have already taken law related courses. I am also a member of a pre-law society, but since the admission rate is around 30% I really want to figure out how I can get an edge over the competition or even just some more information about this school that just might be good to know? Am I possibly too behind or being too unrealistic? Please share your wisdom, thanks!
