A couple weeks ago I made a post about loneliness. Now I wont repeat everything that I said so feel free to check in my profile. But basically I mentioned how my entire life I struggled with loneliness, lack of friends, a relationship, etc.
This last week was bad. I found myself reaching out to people, responding to peoples story on Instagram trying to rekindle just saying hi, and I realized I am giving off desperate and energy.
I know its my self concept. How exactly should I go about this? Just listen to affirmations all day until this affirmations are looping in my head like a record? I know I have to BELIEVE these affirmations as well.
I even started looking at the mirror each day saying " I love you"
How else should I go about this?
