Finding property? Money, jewellery etc.

I have noticed that when I do my affirmations which one is concerning money flowing freely to me I find the odd bit of change which I like to put into a pot to remind me. I've found other things such as rings and wondered what I should do with things like that which could have sentimental feelings for the person that's lost it. Should I hand them in? I feel like I should but is that disturbing the flow?
