First Timer Homeowner-Lawn Mowing. Is this a good beginner?

Just recently bought a home which came with a small backyard. Looking a get a small used lawn mover but do not have much insights. Came across this 2017 Troybily on FB which is close by. Is this a good machine for first time user? Seller mentioned it recently flushed fuel system, cleaned carburetor, changed oil and sharpened blade. Starts and runs good. Is there anything else to look for when buying lawn mover ?
