Weed killers?

I’m a landscaper and have been looking for something new to use prefer concentrate, but looking for something that is safe in flowerbeds and will kill any weeds as well as keeping them dead so they don’t re appear I’ve been pretty happy with round ups concentrate but did notice weeds starting to re appear after a couple of weeks but it works great on grass any recommendations would be great!
