My main waterline is replaced and this is what they left me with (service is free from local water dept). I am below average in lawncare stuff. What would be my best approach to fix this and what tools? I thought I could just rake it but there is a lot of harden clay and branch roots. Someone quoted me for 250$ to fix this but I just wanna see if that's fair and if it's possible for me to just do it. Attached also is what tools I have. Willing to rent a tool if it's cheaper and faster that way too. You guy's advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
