Side of house.

So I’ve been getting my yard situated and my lawn. I rent this house and the landlord never took care of the yard so this place grows massive amounts of sticker bushes and weeds with huge stocks that the weedwacker can’t take care of.
What’s the easiest way to kill everything here?
And what would you do with a side area like this? I’m looking for some ideas.
