How long should I wait after it rains to lay down fertilizer?
Post Body

I’ve googled and searched Reddit and wasn’t able to find a thread with an answer to this question specifically.

It’s rained about 1.5” in the last 48 hours here in WA. It’s been roughly 8 hours since the rain stopped and I have a break today and then small chance of rain tomorrow.

I have a 21,0,0 fertilizer and the directions don’t say whether dry or wet is preferred, but does state that it should be watered immediately. In 4 days it’s supposed to be in the 70’s with temps rising into the 90’s within like 4 days.

My grass looks relatively dry ish. I don’t want to burn my grass.

What say you my fellow lawn lovers?
