I am in Georgia (zone 7a) and have a bermuda lawn that has struggled due in part to neglect but also due to shade. In a month or so i'm planning to add soil, aerate, overseed, and fertilize. I also got a soil test showing that i'm in need of phosphorous and potasium.
So, i'm wondering, given that my lawn seems more suited to Zoysia, can i overseed the bare spots with zoysia and then continue to overseed every year and have the zoysia slowly overtake the bermuda?
Any help or guidance would be much appreciated!
