I bought a new house last year and it currently has a Bermuda lawn. I frankly do not care for Bermuda and was wondering if I could oversees it with Fescue and get the Fescue to choke out the Bermuda and take over. Is this a good idea? If so, what is the best approach? If not, why? I am located in zone 7b. Your help is greatly appreciated 👍
