Diy sprinkler system problems
Post Body

I was going to install a diy sprinkler system from rainbird. I just wanted an easy way to water my backyard without spending thousands and where I didn't have to move my above ground sprinkler to multiple locations.

However I had 811 come out and mark the lines in my backyard and there is an electrical line running all way through the middle of my backyard. I can't run the irrigation line around it and I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and how they overcame it.

So there is actually 2 lines i would have to cross. Ive been researching and electrical lines in my state are 48 inches. So I'm not too worried about that.

It also crosses a cable line and I've seen online that they can be 8 to 10 inches deep. I called cox and she told me that but put me on hold and came back with 2 feet. I really don't know if she knew 100% and was just telling me what she thought.
