My favorite bit today was this particularly suicidal piece from Elon talking to one of his biggest financial backers:
May 8th, Musk to Morgan Stanley: "let's slow down just a few days ... it won't make sense to buy Twitter if we are heading into World War 3"
Dude just hopped on a call or something with MS and was like "Yo. I signed this deal and you got my back in it but I'm gonna breach if I feel like it."
Here's some more of my favorites. Judge is pretty narrowly focused and 1) annoyed at the efforts to get the court and parties off track, 2) seems to have telegraphed what she thinks of the case, and 3) the time for due diligence is before signing the agreement to buy twitter, not through voluminous and cranky discovery fuckery.

Musk:
They seem to be upset that there aren't text messages from ---
Court:
The interrogatories bothered me a lot.

Court: We don't know what would have happened in diligence because there wasn't any due diligence, right?
