Trump's "Help Wanted" Ad for appellate lawyers

It's not that crazy for appellate counsel to be a different firm. There are a variety of reasons for it - from wanting appellate counsel who can look over things critically to find mistakes in the trial, to wanting someone who focuses on appellate litigation, which is a different set of skills from trial lit.
There's also a lot of sexism in this thread but that doesn't surprise me much anymore.
