I thought it might be nice to have a thread to catch stuff that's interesting but not Trump related (and also might help to figure out who is really paying attention to stuff worthy of some flair)

And, for whatever it's worth, I'm an IP attorney in SoCal. Some people have asked and some angry folks have gone the extra mile to look me up, so I figured I'd just share. I mostly do trademark work, know a fair bit about copyright, anti-SLAPP, and I enjoy keeping up with and watching people melt trying to understand §230. (and if you're in the san diego area I am very friendly and i'd be happy to sit and talk to you about any of the above over lunch or whatever just DM me.)
