This is pretty damning. These are the kinds of documents that jeopardize national security, the lives of Americans, and our position as a global power including things like nuclear secrets and military planning. There are 38 counts and a lot of cartoonish bad guy behavior in it - like making a plucking motion to try to get his lawyer to take out any "bad" documents.
It's probably worth pointing out that Reality Winner was indicted on 1 count of willful retention of documents and received pretrial detention and a prison sentence. Trump is charged with 31 counts under that section alone.
