How do I clean these stains?

I have tried cleaning these so many times with whitening powder (Sard Wonder Ultra Whitening) and normal washing soap (Sard Wonder) but they just don’t seem to remove these stains.
I’ve tried soaking them overnight, but it still doesn’t help.
Any advice on how to get these cleaned?
