Hello! I’ve been accepted to RTU through Erasmus for an academic year. I’ve done some research on accommodation at RTU, but it’s quite expensive in Ķīpsala—€432/month for a single room and €267/month for a double-shared room. Fortunately, I have a grant of €450/month. I’ve explored other websites like ss.lv, but unfortunately, I haven’t found anything helpful. I’m a bit worried about potential scams. Ideally, I’d like accommodation within walking distance of the university, preferably a single room. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
