Posting here as I have no one to talk to sadly. After leaving a 12 year LTR with a man I (36) just had the first date with a woman, but somehow we just didn’t vibe. Here profile sounded just like we would get along very well and reality was just different. She asked about my situation and I told her about my story and leaving a man because I have to be with a woman and somehow never realized this in the past. I had the impression she found it a bit awkward maybe. Well this happens I guess, it‘s just she is one of the very few lesbians around in this not densly populated area. And I had these fantasies you know, that this could be the start of something. I really want to fall in love with a woman. I know it was just one date but I’m just feeling so damn sad now.
