When is this coming out? Did it already come out? If so why is GameStop saying it’s unavailable?

It’s not in stores either. I’ve been to a few GameStop’s and they told me they never got them. So yeah you might be out of luck. There is a Joel one that comes out in a few weeks that I also preordered.
I preordered a month ago. Got it last week.

Not sure but that’s why certain POPS are so valuable because they make a limited amount and make them store exclusive. I would call someone at GameStop and find out.
