When Betty Who was on the pod she defended Armie Hammer saying he was being kink shamed DESPITE there being very serious allegations that were beyond him sexting about cannibalism or whatever. I think she mostly wasn’t aware of those allegations (giving her benefit of doubt) and Matt & Bowen did a gentle “well…I think there’s more…” but didn’t go into it more (which was the right call bc who wants to get into sex crimes on a Wednesday). I have been mad about this every day since March 2022 or whenever it was that she was on. I am hoping that by writing this out I will relieve myself of this unnecessary grudge. I don’t even like her music, why do I care??? I shouldn’t care!!!! And yet? I do! So IDTSH Betty Who your interview was annoying and you have bad takes!!!!!!

Edit: just to be clear I’m nearly positive she didn’t realize what she was defending! i had no idea other people didn’t like that episode, but she really did say one weird thing after another. Idt she is some kind of predator protector I just hated that sound bite!
