Thoughts on panoramic backs for 4x5 cameras

I currently don’t own any 120 backs for my LF cameras but I would like to get one so that I can try fun stuff like panoramas. I have seen backs that range from 6x9 to 6x17. Any thoughts on which backs are good? Or what width is preferable? I would be using this back on either a crown graphic or a Shen Hao 4x5
