Would a gitzo systematic series 3 be good for an 8x10 or should I just get a series 5

Post Body
Hi, so I’m debating getting a gitzo tripod for my 4x5 work, and I’m wanting to future proof myself for if/when I get an 8x10 camera. Would a systematic series 3 tripod work for that or should I just get the series 5? I ask cause I’ve heard that thicker tripod legs allow for great stability and wanted to hear from y’all’s experience about that. Also as a heads up I’m not even considering a wooden tripod, as I’m also trying to keep everything light weight.
