Want your ideas choosing two laptops

I've checked lots of laptops according to my maximum budget. Now I have two winners:

ASUS Zenbook Q408UG(same as UM425)-8gb ram-mx450-r5 5500u and

MSI modern 14- 8gb ram(upgradable) -mx450(maybe. don't know the price yet)-i5 1135g7(or i5 1155g7).

With Asus I do have windows hello, usb c charger, 100% srgb panel, better touchpad, better speakers(I think. MSI's is not bad either), BUT (a big but actually) I can't expand RAM. Other aspects are the same(mostly). So at this point you are going to me give your ideas. <3
