Looking for advices on a laptop under AU $1000 for Photoshop and Premiere pro for 4 k videos

Hi guys, I'm completely lost when I go through the different offers on eBay.

I like to shop on there, I believe the laptops are not overpriced but I don't really know what I need in terms on config if I want to multitask, work on Photoshop and Premiere using 4k videos.

I'm aiming for 32 GB ram and 256 go SSD (minimum)

But I don't know about graphic cards and if I should go with I5 or I7.

My budget is ideally AUD $1000. I could put a little more it's really necessary.

Can somebody help me in which criteria I should look at and eventually some models on eBay ?
