Good Afternoon-

I have an overpowered 15 OP2 and the 2 USB ports on the left side don't work anymore and the bottom third of the screen has digital lines across it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS- 2 keys fell off as well. Anywhere I can order new keys or a new keyboard?

I updated all the drivers using windows and Advanced SystemCare and there are now issues according to the device manager. I have tried enabling USB to always in power options. Bios is American Megatrends Inc N.1.05 dated 11/0/18. Any advice? Thanks in advance
