I got given a laptop in lockdown by the government just to do online work for school and still have the laptop and would like to reset it completely so I can install music production software, already spoke to my old school and confirmed it's not there's and they don't want it so how would I go about removing the administrator restrictions and all that shit since I can't install Adobe or FLstudio onto it due to the restrictions on it
