Hi folks,
I’m a mental health Case Manger in San Diego, California.
I’d say a solid 25% of my patients need laptops which are used in particular fob acquisition and location of food banks. They also have a chance to better coordinate their own care by having emails and being able to examine/sign PDF documents… They all live in areas with free Wi-Fi is close by, so that’s one problem solved!
If you have an old laptop that you’re willing to part with or are an enterprise company looking to offload a fleet, we’d be so appreciative because we’re a bit desperate here.
Your computer will be erased of all personal data, with windows 10, office 2019, zoom, Firefox, and some antivirus software on it before the final exam. After we test the battery and make sure that all systems are go, we provide them for clients who need them for job searching, communications with the Departmemt of Rehabilitation, and pinpoint food bank locations near them. LAPTOPS CHANGE LIVES! This is a universal consensus among case management workers and their patients.
Thanks!
