Looking for laptops with 64GB+ ram with 4g/5g LTE capability. Open to all recommendations, regardless of price.

Very excited to see about working from anywhere, regardless of wifi concerns, backups are critical to me as a remote worker.
How does this work, though? I assume it's similar to using data from any mobile company.
Are any of these laptops restricted to LTE in certain countries?
